You do not need to have commit access to start doing this. In fact, commit access is typically granted to those who already have a history of actively reviewing Nixpkgs PRs, to a high standard. |

Hi Spirizeon, as has already been noted in the thread, commit access is granted to people with a proven record of Nixpkgs contributions. Once you are a well-established contributor, you are welcome to re-apply if you feel that commit access would be helpful to you and the community. |
